By installing or using the Pixeliro Color Picker app (“the app”) you agree to these terms. The app is offered by Pixeliro on an “as-is” basis.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store's standard EULA.

Subscriptions

• Pro is a recurring subscription billed by Apple. Pricing is shown in the app prior to purchase.
• The subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel via your iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

User content

You retain full ownership of palettes, photos, and colors you save in the app. We do not access or store this content on our servers.

Acceptable use

• Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Don't use the app to violate any law in your country.
• Don't attempt to bypass the Pro paywall.

Magazine content

AI-curated articles (Color of the Week, image-palette magazine) are provided for inspiration. The hex values, palettes, names, and editorial copy are generated from cover images by Pixeliro's pipeline; they are not human-curated guarantees of accuracy.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”. Pixeliro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent allowed by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
